Corporate/Industrial Theatre
A new, effective and successful method to communicate with your staff when you want to teach and track how much they understand the value of their position in your company. There are two different types of Industrial theatre. The one kind is where a piece of live theatre is pre-made, usually with a pretty general message like AIDS awareness in the workplace, or sexual harassment, or corruption. Or effectively and successfully teach employees on how to protect themselves from being infected with the Corona Virus at a workplace in under 30 minutes. This pre-made, ‘generic’ show then gets sold on to many different companies who want to send that particular message to their employees. The other kind is where a company has a particular message to deliver to a particular group of employees and the live performance is specially created for that client. Here, through consultation, a concept/ message / strategy is agreed upon, a script gets written according to the message and approved, then actors are cast and the production piece is performed for the client, upon approval, then for the employees.

We’ve successfully executed Music festivals like the “Matatiele Music Festival” in the Eastern Cape in a stadium with a capacity of 30 000 people from 2014 to 2015, we’ve done a number of corporate events for the private and public sector including company golf and picnic days.
